VIZIO Texts SMS Terms of Service
VIZIO offers an opt-in VIZIO Texts Short Message/Messaging Service (SMS) (the “Service”) that allows VIZIO Customer Support representatives to use SMS to communicate with you as well as send automated messages regarding your Customer Support-related issues (the “VIZIO Texts”).
- When you opt-in to the Service, VIZIO Customer Support will send you a message to confirm your signup. Text STREAM to 84946 to receive VIZIO Texts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your use. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
- You can cancel this Service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 84946. After you send the message "STOP" to us, VIZIO Customer Support will send you a reply message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive VIZIO Texts from VIZIO Customer Support. Please note that texting “STOP” to 84946 does not unsubscribe you from other SMS texts you may have opted in to receive from VIZIO (e.g., messages from VIZIO Marketing).
- If you want to sign up to receive VIZIO Texts again, just sign up as you did the first time and VIZIO Customer Support will start sending VIZIO Texts to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 84946. VIZIO will respond with instructions on how to use the Service as well as how to unsubscribe.
- Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central, IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). Please note that VIZIO is not a mobile carrier.
- If T-Mobile is your mobile carrier, please be advised that T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from VIZIO Customer Support and to VIZIO Customer Support from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider.
